After opening the door, they said “are you supposed to be leaving today?” And I am confused as to why that would be a question since I paid for a 8night stay! And we had only been there 3 nights! Upon checking my reservation online I see that in the morning the hotel changed my reservation! And never informed me as to what the reason was, and I had a screen shot and proof of payment of my original reservation, this despicable behavior of hotel staff/workers is not only illegal but discrimination against myself and my family.
